I had an excellent experience at this hotel, especially for corporate events. The infrastructure is outstanding with plenty of meeting rooms and a supportive staff who really know their stuff. The dining was delightful with a great variety and quality of all-inclusive meals. On the downside, I visited during a colder period, which wasn't ideal, and the kids' activities could use some improvement.
